The mindset of a Rhythmic Gymnast.

Research Question:

"Can Rhythmic Gymnastics Offer a Good Mindset?"

After completing the research, based on the data analysis, the hypothesis proved to be True; Rhythmic Gymnastics provides a good mindset!

To visually communicate this idea, an Animation was created, showcasing a gymnast at different stages of her life going through different challenges and as overcoming each one, she learns a new trait that shapes her mindset.
